Legal advisor with many years of experience, which allows him to act freely in different areas of law, such as transactional advice, corporate issues, including disputes or advice to the public sector (public-private partnership, public procurement). He specialises in issues related to public aid and EU funds. Several hundred proceedings conducted by him have ended successfully, statistics show that he wins 9 out of 10 cases. He is the managing partner of Brysiewicz, Bokina, Sakławski and Partners law firm.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Warsaw. He gained his professional experience working in reputable law firms and in public administration, including the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration and the General Prosecutor’s Office of the State Treasury.
Author of numerous publications on public aid and EU funds and author of the blog „Fundusze unijne okiem prawnika” – www.kbrysiewicz.pl. Expert invited as a speaker at scientific and industry conferences.
