About the author:

Krzysztof Brysiewicz is a legal adviser, specialising in issues related to European funds and reimbursement processes, and Managing Partner of the law firm Brysiewicz, Bokina and Partners. His long-standing experience includes representing clients in numerous administrative and civil proceedings related to EU projects. A solid foundation for this publication is also provided by the fact that in October 2023 he defended his doctoral thesis entitled. „Proceedings on the reimbursement of financing from structural and cohesion funds ” at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, which makes it an extremely valuable source of knowledge for lawyers and beneficiaries of EU funds. In addition, he is the author of numerous publications on state aid and EU funds and the blog „EU funds through the eyes of a lawyer”.
